Caffeine ugh!
I didn’t realize it when I ordered the product that it has Caffeine in it so I’ve hardly been able to take it. You should warn people about it. Maybe you do and I just missed it. I’m very disappointed.

This product is really helpful to increase your baseline attention and energy levels. It is subtle enough that it doesn't cause jitters or rapid heartbeat, but definitely works well, and lasts all day! I do find it works best to cycle about 2-3 days per week as opposed to 5.

I only have been using the products for a week or so and I had to use less than the indicated dosage because I feel a lot of energy but stomach ache and overall weirdness
