Better sleep, calm focus, improved sense of well-being.
Took it every day for 5 days with my first meal. I definitely noticed better sleeping, calm focus, and more focus while playing tennis.

I'll give it more time but no complaints
I tried the 30 day supply and didn't notice significant change, but I did see minor improvement in my daily energy level. I'm ordering another bottle to give it more time. Easy enough to take with my other supplements and no stomach upset for me even with a light breakfast.
