I like the product. My job requires me to find a flow state and stick with it for hours in order to keep up with demand. I'm naturally an introvert so being able to communicate is difficult sometimes. This product helps me overcome some of those difficulties. I'm grateful for it

Staying focused longer
I have been able to tell a change in my ability to stay focused throughout the day. I think it is most apparent in the afternoons and late in the day, since I no longer have a loss of concentration and focus.

Alert!
I do have a hard time swallowing all the pills but glad it’s only one time in morning. Otherwise I can tell the difference and am excited to see the long term goal.
