The main effect I felt was a huge boost in mood. I felt ridiculously happy all day. I'm generally a happy person, but I was noticeably more enthusiastic about life and felt incredibly grateful all day. I also had a boost in productivity, motivation, and focus. Only downside was sleep, but hopefully, there were confounding factors that may have led to difficulty falling asleep.

Outstanding
I find Qualia Life to be outstanding. All the major areas of living have improved. This cannot be emphasized enough!

Energy & Clarity whilst gentle on the body.
I was one of the people that noticed results from this almost immediately, probably the most noticeable effect i have is that by the end of the day instead of being fatigued and looking for comfort and distraction i feel clear headed, happy, alert and energetic. I personally find 'life' much more...
