My work is very physical and I have to interact with people all the time. I often feel like I simply have no physical energy to put into a quality human connection. Manage stress better
I had a particularly difficult week, and normally would have experienced high anxiety and some difficulty coping. The Eternus seemed to keep me calmer and able to deal with these difficulties in a better manner. I was calm and focused. It help me manage stress better. Thanks
