Great, but for one thing
My only complaint is that the product comes in plastic. They are #1, but if you know anything about plastic recycling these will end up either in landfill or the ocean. Balanced energy
I felt like my energy levels were balanced throughout the day. I was alert but never jittery. I was able to focus for longer periods of time and felt more productive. I had no difficulty falling asleep on the days I took this product.
