Extremely difficult to cancel subscription
I have repeatedly e-mailed and called to stop my subscriptions. Despite having stopped them months ago I continue to receive, and be billed for, unwanted product. I'm at the point where I'm going to cancel my credit card then perhaps the shipments will stop. Be sure the product is worth this hassel before signing up.
Not sure
I was exhausted for 2 days after had no energy was not normal. Was wondering if I should give it another try.
Make sure to read the small print
Offer states "Qualia Senolytic Auto Renew - Buy One, Get One Free" Only received one on renew. Bad advertising must read the small print.
Customer service
I’ve tried to cancel for five months now and they keep charging me every single month for $161 despite me not getting the product definitely do not join. They are everything we have been warned against.
Over charged
I ordered the product through a promotion but my credit card was billed full price. Not good.
Not impressed
After 2 months of taking, I do not see any difference.
Need side effects discussed
I've been taking this for about a year now and suddenly every time I take it I have a problem there is nowhere on the website anywhere to look for things like side effects or is this normal? I don't like that.
DOES NOT WORK!
No effect after two months of use. The only reaction I had was a bloated stomach and an energy drain. Also, in both cases of receiving the product my subscription was cancelled by the company without any action on my part. When I went to my account, I saw that there was an option to reactivate the two subscriptions that were cancelled. I've chosen to let them remain inactive and hope that the company won't send me anymore of their product as I find it useless. Based on other customer's remarks, I will make sure to monitor my account and dispute any future charge on my account from this company.
Subscription change
Tried to change my subscription to longer than two months out wouldn’t let me. Heads up.

No Changes
Didn’t feel any changes. That’s a lot of money for two pills per month and the little book sent with it didn’t help set expectations on how I should feel different or how you actually expel zombie cells.
False advertising
The advertisement was very misleading, 12 pills/month and you have to take it every month. So almost 840$ a year. 🙄
24 pills / $75. Read the fine print.
I think it’s helping. BUT the price point is so crazy there’s no way I can justify 75 dollars for this tiny pill packet. Ridiculous. I thought I’d be receiving a bottle of supplements to use over a couple months time so I could tell the difference. Yeah. The measly 24 pills in this packet are well, disappointing at best. There’s no way I can tell if it’s making a difference and I’m sure as hell not gonna spend another 75 to have another go round.

I haven't notice anything except alot of money leaving my account I want a refund. But so hard to figure put how to get a refund.
No effect at all
I took the capsules as directed for two consecutive days in July and felt no difference at all. From reading the gushing reviews I was sure I would feel something but nothing. I will take the remaining pills in a couple of weeks and see if there’s any difference. Otherwise I will ask for my money back per their 100 days guarantee.

Took the pills Sat. and Sun. No change that I can fill maybe I did it wrong? How does your body expell zombi cell anyway???
Terrible customer support
After I received the product, I noticed that the instructions are poor. There are six capsules/day and there’s no information if you take all six at once or two in the morning, two in the afternoon two at night. Then I looked online and there’s a mention that you don’t need to take all six in the same day you can ramp up slowly if you’re concerned about taking all six. But no mention of why you would be concerned to take all six. I reached out to customer service over a month ago and there has been no response. So I have not started the product and I will cancel my subscription. Odd that they send me an email asking for a review. Let’s see if they publish it.
Not For Me
I noticed no difference when taking senolytic or the sleep product. It can’t work for everyone so I must be in that small percentage of folks that it doesn’t work on. When I returned the sleep aid I thought the whole subscription was cancelled, as it was listed that way on the return slip but then it showed up again 3 weeks later. I’m returning it but the return postage is not free…I’m learning to beware of subscriptions.
Too much spam
I received no less than 13 marketing emails before I received my first order. I don't even care how good or bad the product is, this is ridiculous.

Predatory tactics
This company makes it difficult to understand what you are being charged for and intended to keep you paying, threatens that you will never be able to benefit from any of their discounts ever again if you cancel your subscription.
