First Dose
A few days after the first dose (6 pills day one, 6 pills day two) and I feel good. I didn't have any side effects and I have a clear head, which is somewhat unusual for me. I recognize it's early on and there's more still to be seen. I have committed to take this for at least 6 doses (6 months).
Best days of the month
The best days of the month are when I take Qualia Senolytic - It eases aches and pains and clears my mind. I can feel when it is time to take them again and look forward to the next shipment!
Putting my trust in science
I am halfway through my first round of Qualia Senolytic, I don’t feel any difference yet, but I’m trusting in the science that the supplements work.
Qualia Senolytic
First dose ( two consecutive days ) was only three weeks ago. I can’t really say I see, or feel a difference yet. I also started Qualia life, Qualia, night, and Qualia skin, around the same time. Over all I feel slightly different, maybe more focused during the day and a bit more relaxed in the evenings, but I don’t know if Qualia Senolytic is a part of this or not. I will keep taking for a total of four months in in a row before I make a decision on continuing or not. Honestly, the science is there, so I believe this supplement will be effective for me.

Just completed my 2 days "Cell Cleanse" with SENOLYTIC and I definitely feel a bit "Lighter" and I did feel like I was going through somewhat of a "Detox". Very easy to take 6 capsule for 2 days in a row and looking forward to seeing the after-effects as I will be repeating every 30 days!

Perfecting my nutrition...
Early days, just started the first 'cycle' of the Qualia Senolytic. I like my functional medicine to be, FUNCTIONAL...so will report back once I have 2 cycles/months under the belt. I do know this- the Neurohacker Podcast is undefeated, where I found this and many other recommendations. The deep work in this space is getting deeper by the day. Bravo!
simply amazed
This was an impulse buy I do not regret one bit I grew up on a Caribbean island, and get sick very rarely. Upon returning to the United States as a teenager, I caught my first cold and ever since then I’ve had an annoying post nasal drip that nothing has been able to get rid of. Fast forward, two decades: I am experiencing a persistent full ache in my thyroid area. It was getting so bad that I was going to go to the doctor’s about it and decided to try this supplement on a whim. This was over six months ago, the ache in my throat vanished overnight and the post nasal drip is gone. I haven’t noticed any other physical changes, but this one effect convinced me to get another packet. I plan on using the supplement every 2 to 3 months.
Easy to Use
Just started and love the fact that this is easy to use. Hopefully will get results similar to others… but very optimistic based off of others feedback.

I've got neurological challenges, sleep, energy issues... Quite a bit of stuff. I'm only on my first month, but I've seen some marginal improvements in sleep & energy. Excited to come back to this after 3-4 months :)
