Deep Sleep is Back
I take Qualia Night Sunday through Thursday evenings. From the start, my deep sleep has increased along with my resting sleep. According to my sleep app, I fall asleep in an average of 7 minutes. From the time my feet hit the floor in the morning, I feel the morning energy that I've missed for the last 20 years. This makes all the difference in my work day.

I am a self professed "bio-hacker" and have tried quite a range of products in the nootropic field. I am happy to report that Qualia Sleep is, by far, the best and most noticeably effective Sleep formula I have ever tried. Qualia Sleep is not a sleep aid, but rather, does its magic to the brain while you are sleeping. When you wake up, you feel refreshed, and well rested, like you woke up in the middle of a vacation. Highly recommended!

It's still early but so far I am getting deeper sleep. I've been prescribed everything but while they help me fall asleep, they don't help my quality of sleep.

I love qualia night and have been taking for months. It has worked like a charm for quite a while. Regrettably, I’ve noticed the effects lessen over time. I think I’ve grown tolerant. I need to do some research. I may take a break and come back to it.
