Restful sleep
I was excited to try Qualia products and when I got my first set, I tried the Night capsules that first evening. I tried 2 capsules (can take up to 4) and felt like I got a great night's sleep and was rested and ready the following morning. I decided to wait until the 1st of the new month to start the Senolytic and the Mitochondria+ so that I can get on a monthly routine with the Senolytic, but am thinking about starting the Mitochondria+ before then based on the great results I've had with Night. So far, so good!

Fabulous!!! I love Qualia night. This product works beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who is having trouble going to sleep because they can not turn off their mind, and if they wake up during the night and can not get back to sleep. You will not regret your purchase. This is not a sleeping pill. I am completely alert when I need to be if I am awakened at night by a phone call (which happens often) but I can fall right back asleep after the call. Otherwise, I can sleep through the night and I am completely refreshed because I am sleeping much deeper than when I am off it for the 2 days. I truly miss it when I am off the product for the 2 days a week. I cannot express to you how well this product works. I also love that this company is transparent about all the ingredients. I know what I am taking and how it will help me. Great product!!

It Works!
I had bought this a while ago and didn’t think it worked for me. Months later and I have been using it again and it has definitely improved my sleep. I am able to fall asleep but I always have trouble staying asleep. This has helped me stay asleep until the alarm goes off!
Major help with REM sleep and sleep apnea!
I have struggled with sleep issues including severe sleep apnea for 15+ years. I’ve tried all sorts of medications including sleeping pills, melatonin, teas, wine, pain killers, benzos, cannabis, etc. and nothing has worked. Once I paired Qualia night with good daily movement and meditation my REM sleep has improved significantly I now finally wake up energized, have reset my circadian rhythm, and am for the first time in my life a morning person. I feel so much happier, and my sleep apnea is disappearing. I am so grateful to have been referred to Qualia.
It works
I don't know how it works, but this product so far is working. I have used one bottle and my sleep is improved. I think there was only one or two nights where I did not sleep soundly. If I do need to wake up, I fall back to sleep. I drift off to sleep quickly and am probably sleeping at least an hour or two more with good sleep. I feel so much more refreshed than I had using melatonin.
