Been taking Qualia NAD+ for a few months now and I can say that my energy is up and stays pretty consistent throughout the day. I feel like my skin looks better and I feel youthful. I have been taking this for about 6 months. I take it first thing in the morning to up me get up and moving. When I ran out for a bit, I definitely felt the difference, making this part of your morning routine is a great way to start your day.

I replaced a liquid Nad with Qualia. Only been about 10 days but great so far. This has more ingredients than the previous and had a couple of days of stomach getting used to it, but now it's fine.
