I’m extremely, happy with this product. I had ordered other NAD products and thought they were real, yet had experienced nothing. The very first day I tried Qualia, I knew I had the real deal. Excellent, improved metabolic function
Qualia’s NAD+ is second to none. It’s improved my brain cognition, metabolic functions, and my muscle recovery after heavy lifting workouts is very quick. Would highly recommend if you’re in the market for an effective supplement. Beware of the niacin flush - if you are as deficient as I was, you may get some flush but it goes away within 20 minutes - good indicator your body is uptaking!

After the first day I didn’t expect to notice a difference but there is a recognizable uplift in thinking and brain function. I see light through the fog.
First impression…
I ordered the best seller bundle (Mind, Senolytic and NAD+), and it arrived quickly (ordered Sunday, arrived Wednesday). Being eager to get started, I read many reviews and chose to start taking the NAD+ and Mind on Thursday morning when I woke up. I read that a few folks had trouble sleeping and had to take less of the Mind supplement at first, so I elected to only take 2 on day 1, but did not find any reason to take fewer of the NAD+, so I took 2 as directed. I am now on day 3 of taking these supplements (haven’t taken the senolytic yet-more to come) and when I look at my Oura ring stats, the past 2 nights I have slept better than I’ve been sleeping in YEARS! Not only do I feel more restored, but my REM and deep sleep is well over an hour, which has seemed unachievable for so long. I am very excited to see how this affects me in the longer term, but so happy to have finally been able to get restorative sleep!

So far so good! I’ve only been taking one pill because I’m sensitive to caffeine and don’t want a niacin flush, but just the half dose seems to be giving me a little boost with no side effects.
