As someone who’s into longevity and skincare too, I appreciate that this supports NAD+ levels and cellular repair. I stack it with intermittent fasting and red light therapy, and together, they’ve made a visible difference in how I feel and even how my skin looks (brighter, less dull). It’s definitely on the expensive side, but for me, the quality and results justify the cost. I’d recommend it to anyone serious about aging well—just don’t expect overnight magic.
