I added Qualia Life and Qualia Nad to my Qualia mind and benifts, better mood and cognition just seemed to get better. I am not taking the full dose of each one because I feel good where I am. You can definitely feel a difference. I did a test and did not take Qualia Life for a month and then went back to take Qualia Life. You immediately feel a difference.

I have only been taking this for a few days and already notice results. My mood and energy have skyrocketed. Sleep has always been a struggle for me and I have slept like a baby for the past few nights. It can't be coincidence....I have never had multiple consecutive nights of sleep like this. It also seems to curb my cravings for sweets and snacking. So far, so good. I was nervous about the price tag but it's worth it.
