So far the benefits are noticeable. And I'm pretty good with eliminating placebo. This product is deft feels healthy and is effective. The question is are you willing to work with it? If you are going crazy with no diet, exercise, or bad habits- obviously this product won't negate the negatives. But for someone reasonable- this is digestive gold.

Pros: -More energy -More mental focus -More drive to accomplish things -I feel like this product gives my brain a 10 % boost in general -Better memory -Simple schedule to take the pills Cons: -I sweat a little bit for about 1 hour after taking it. It's not a lot, plus it is summer, so I sweat a fair amount without taking it too. By the way, I'm a real person and I'm unbiased. An AI would never write this part out lol, at least to my knowledge they're not that sophisticated yet.

For my experience I was completely skeptical I used to struggle with losing track of my thoughts losing focus was my main concern not only my focus but my motivation was also declining after trying qualia for a month my skepticism has completely vanished it didn’t happen overnight but after the second week I felt more motivated and focused I would t lose my concentration I was accomplishing more without losing focus I don’t struggle with my dialog as well it has helped me not only on my daily work life but at home as well I live this product and I would recommend it over and over again I have already to almost everyone I know this product deserves recognition
