I absolutely love how Qualia Mind is able to regenerate and restore my cognition. I used to be incredibly sharp and then I had for many years abused Cannabis and had found it was harder to recall certain events and even my ability to spell went down. Upon taking Qualia.. It was almost a spiritual experience for me, the first time I took it the evening of I saw auras around plants, it was so cool! Aside from that I can feel a greater sense of mental organization and a MUCH faster recall. The only nootropic that works for me
Five years ffter being diagnosed with lupus, I began experiencing symptoms of brain fog. Given the nature of my work, where I am entrusted with the care of others, a sharp memory is crucial. During my board exam preparation, I tried Qualia Mind and fortunately, I didn't encounter any adverse effects. Instead, I distinctly remember successfully passing the exam and becoming a nurse. As I prepare for the FNP board exam in December, I've been exploring alternative, more cost-effective brain supplements. I experimented with Neuro-Mag, but it unfortunately led to severe digestive issues. Another supplement, endorsed by Joe Rogan, yielded an unpleasant experience. Despite having a light meal and taking two capsules, I felt unwell within two hours, experiencing hot flashes, nausea, and bloating. I had to rest and stay hydrated to get through the day, and I was disappointed to have missed a day of studying. Returning to Qualia has proven to be a wise choice. It doesn't produce any adverse effects, and it can be taken with or without food. Given that I typically don't eat breakfast, taking it on an empty stomach works best for me.

Really effective
Quaila Mind is absolutely effective. It sharpens my focus and mental clarity and gets me on a "let's get it done" mode. In the office my colleagues joke about how Quaila makes me so fast that I finish their sentences and move on quickly to the next topic.
All the things, minus the caffeine
I like this product because it has all of the supplements I want in one product without any caffeine. The one thing I'm still not clear on is whether these supplements are doing what I need them to do. It's hard to tell perceptually whether anything is different, but this is a general problem with any supplement.

Impressed After One Day!
During my first day I already felt more in tune with whatever Inwas doing and whatever was happening around me without feeling overwhelmed. I maintained a calm and focused energy all day. And that's WITHOUT getting the best sleep lately or having the healthiest diet. I can only imagine how much more effective it will be once I get my sleep hygiene back on track and my diet up to par which I feel this product can act as a catalyst for helping to get back on track!

I actually ordered the Qualia with caffeine but was sent the one without caffeine. I just started my first day with this and it feels pretty great and honestly I rather prefer this one so I can continue to drink my mushroom coffee in the mornings. Happy mistake! Thank you.
