Love the stuff!
I feel good taking the magnesium. I take it at night and I wind down and even fall asleep shortly after taking it. It’s easy on the digestion and I don’t grab the rushed bathroom visit with this one!

I've been using this magnesium supplement for a couple of weeks, and it's made a noticeable difference. I sleep better, feel more relaxed, and my muscle cramps have reduced. It’s easy on my stomach, and I haven’t experienced any side effects. Definitely a good addition to my routine!

I do have to take this in the morning. If taken at night it gives me over vivid dreams. Plus, I can only take one. Even taking it in the morning two are too many.
