I have been taking this for about 6 months. I take it first thing in the morning to up me get up and moving. When I ran out for a bit, I definitely felt the difference, making this part of your morning routine is a great way to start your day.

It helps. It is comprehensive “Brain nourishment”, especially when one’s diet includes healthy fats….imo….

I replaced a liquid Nad with Qualia. Only been about 10 days but great so far. This has more ingredients than the previous and had a couple of days of stomach getting used to it, but now it's fine.

They only do I feel a difference in my skin appearance, I feel more focused and relaxed. This is a product that I am not going to live without.!
