The first day I tried the full recommended serving,I right away was able to feel the results. I noticed my focus increased along with energy. My body seems to flow better when taking the magnesium. I take magnesium daily but Qualia magnesium seemed to have a noticeable effect.

Honestly I slept very well woke up energized and no matter what happened throughout my day. I felt I could overcome everything that came my way.

Improved gut function

I felt like I was able to fall asleep well. Once asleep I had more vivid dream than usual. A few times I was woken up only a few hours after falling asleep by our baby. It felt like I had been asleep for most the night even though it was not very long. I felt like I was able to get into a deep sleep very fast and stay there. In general I felt rested after waking.

I did notice a general calming experience. It provided restful sleep compared to before the study. I fell asleep easily, stayed asleep without issues, and did not wake up early.
