Haven't noticed anything.
I can't say anything good or bad - I took the capsules 6/day for 2 days, but I did break them up doing 3 morning/night or 2 morn/aft/eve to ensure no side effects from capsules. I take a lot of supplements and use NMN and other anti-aging supplements (Novos), so it's would be really hard to determine any individual effect Qualia Senolytic had.
Better sleep
Only taking about a week so far but have noticed a definite improvement in sleep quality

Nagging discomforts reduced
My experience was positive overall. While it’s a challenge to determine overall impact in four days, I did notice that my discomforts were reduced. I also had steady energy levels and was able to remain focused a bit more than typical.
Feeling Younger
I've been taking the supplement for 30 days to improve overall health. It has positively impacted my brain cognition, memory, metabolic functions, and muscle recovery after workouts, making it highly recommended. When taking the full dose of two capsules, I experienced mild niacin flush that subsides within 20 minutes and some bloating, so I now split the dose between morning and lunch. The capsules are convenient to take with plenty of water, and the product is well-packaged and sealed for freshness. It offers good value for money with discount opportunities. Although the Qualia brand is new to me, I'm gaining confidence in it. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product and would recommend it to others.
good product
I haven't been using this product long enough to know see a marketed difference, but so far, so good. Product arrived on time and delivered in dark glass bottle. Taking them in the morning has been easy and I have noticed a slight increase in energy.

Qualia Senolytic Review
I’ve been using Qualia Senolytic for a couple of months and noticed improved recovery and less fatigue. The two-day dosing is convenient, and while it’s not an instant boost, I feel more resilient over time. It’s pricey but seems worth it for longevity benefits.
Improving my Dads health
Giving this to my Dad. He is 89 and I believe this seems to help him form words when his mental state is slowly declining. Think this is worth trying and hope to get more and continue to Hope this keeps him healthy and mental labor to be himself longer.
