If I have the ability to update my review here, I will. But I'm still pretty new to using this product and it's difficult to tell the difference. My nights have been difficult prior to this product and I've used lots of other supplements, and it's always been hit or miss, so it's hard to tell if this product is actually helping me. But I do like the ingredients and I think it does help, in fact, probably quite a bit as my mind is less stressed

I have been using it for about a month. So far so good. No side effects and my mind is clear. I will update this review after another couple of months.

Qualia products are amazing and the focus is really good. We're trying to send analytic now for pretty excited. They're a little bit pricey but they seem to be worth a bit every bit of the money.

Too many pills to take at once

my energy has definitely become more balanced out.

It's difficult to tell what effects I can attribute to this product, but I do think it has made a difference in a few areas - I feel more rested when I wake up, my blood pressure has lowered a few points, and my skin has cleared up. I feel improvements in other areas as well, so I am keen to continue experimenting.

I’ve been taking their product for two weeks now and I have noticed a bit more energy at night, which I’ve been enjoying because I’m usually sleepy by 9pm. I now get sleepy towards 11pm. Not significant, but I’ll take it!

Concentrated focus on measured/general physical wellness.

I love Qualia Mind. Starts me off with a smooth boost in focus, which lasts me a good amount of time to do smart work. I even catch myself remembering things I forgot about a long time ago.

Time will tell in terms of health and well-being. I think the company has done good research and development of this product and the ingredients should provide benefit in time.

I love following science backed products that lead to a healthier life style. I do not expect to notice changes short term but it's the long term consistency that leads to change. I wish there was a way to test how beneficial supplements are while taking to determine if they make financial sense.

The results have been subtle in some ways and obvious in others. I can’t tell a huge difference in terms of my emotions and mental state, but I can definitely tell a difference in terms of body discomfort and physical improvements. My back discomfort is noticeably improved, which I am thankful for.

After the 1st dose I felt less joint stiffness during yoga. I am eager for next month for the second dose effects.

It has been three days so far and I am liking the effects.

The order was delivered quickly and I’m excited to start using the products.

I took the first doses (2x6capsules) and didn't notice any big difference. I cancelled any further orders, largely because the Senolytic is too expensive. A couple of days later, I noticed I was fully refreshed in the morning after only 6 hours of sleep. I never get up early unless I have to. Very strange. I started the process because of Thomas DeLauer's recommendation. I am 65 years old and want to be healthy and fit in every way possible. I may have to reconsider the subscription. I wish it wasn't so pricey.

There are days when I have back-to-back meetings with a dozen items on my to-do list. Popping four of five Qualia Mind capsules helps me push through the day and get everything done.

Did my first 2 day supply, as one who is very intuitive with their body i didn't notice any change. Wasn't sure exactly how to consume them (all at once, or at different intervals) and taking 6 pills at once seems different than any other supplement that I have ever taken before. We'll see if there's more information on how to probably take them as I look for more information about the product. I'll keep taking them for a few months and see if I notice anything new with continued use...

I am looking forward to trying it next month. I took it for two days and think I felt more clarity and vitality. I will see after a couple more months.

It's a rare thing, getting up early with renewed energy, exercising, all with a keen sense of time and ability to avoid distractions. Focus seems to be working after just 2 weeks. I'll be continuing to take it.
