About an hour ago, I took my first full dose of Qualia Mind. It took maybe 20 minutes before I started noticing an upsurge in focus and presence. I have tried pretty much every sleep product out there and I never expected this stuff to work…I have been suffering from chronic insomnia for years and this stuff really works. I know they say it’s not sedative but it definitely makes me tired and sleep really soundly. 10/10!
