Was curious as have been hearing a lot about. Just started so hard to say exactly what the difference is if I'm being honest, but so far no side effects and did sleep well last night as one of the outcomes mentioned. Will continue

I’ve only started this product but noticed a change in bowels a few days after beginning as in a dark different bowel movement. Also felt an increase in energy. Looking forward to continued use and progress in months coming.

This was easy enough to do. I took 3 pills right before eating breakfast and 3 pills immediately after eating. I drank plenty of water each day. I experienced no headaches or stomach distress. I did need more sleep than usual the first few nights and felt tired (but not in a bad way). This could have been due to anything but I will keep in mind when I plan next dose. I exercised as usual the first day but then didn’t exercise again until 3 days later (relaxed the 2 days in between/took walks instead). That said, I hit some exercise bests though upon my return and in the 1-2 weeks after that. I will continue this for 3-4-6 months and then evaluate. I will be doing blood work during that time as well. I wish there was a way to measure physiological results from consistent use of this supplement, but one day there will be a publicly available method to do so. In the meantime, I do trust the science and this company.

Love taking NAD plus in the morning, great to take with my coffee for some steady clean energy

The service has been excellent, it is hard to identify the real impact of the product - cause and effect

I took it as directed but didn't notice anything at all. I have to watch money right now as I'm between jobs so can't justify ordering more right now.

The new caffein-free Q-Mind is almost as good as the older version.

It has only been about 3 weeks and although I have not noticed a huge change I am hopeful.

While I had my doubts especially after only two days of dosages by the fifth day I felt like I had twice the energy and wasn't feeling run down

Just starting with Quality mind and the product is very good, and helps in the concentration and drive furing work and being more efficient.

I was taking several hard to swallow pills to try to cover all the requirements for my body to use NAD and this has them all in much smaller easy to swallow capsules.

I don't know if it's the placebo effect or not, but somehow I feel more alive and vital after taking Qualia Senolytic.

Just received my order, came in a few days. I am looking forward to starting my journey with Qualia NAD+ , I will update after my first bottle.

I noticed a small difference but think I would possibly need to try it for longer to tell.
