I have tried many different nootropics over the years and I can honestly say Qualia is on a whole different level. I have experienced profound increases in cognition, focus, motivation and overall sense of well being. The effects last for much of the day and fortunately do not interfere with sleep, if anything it seems to aid in getting to sleep quicker.

This upgraded version of Qualia supercharged my mornings. The one part, take with or without food, protocol allowed me to use an intermittent fast to gain even more mental acuity. Highly recommend this powerful nootropic.

For qualia's latest formulation I enjoy that it is one supplement and it can help throughout the day during a hectic storm of many people bombarding ones mind. Life is tough at times and this formulation really hit my frontal cortex in a whole new way to calm my monkey brain and sooth the heightened ability to rule the day without a crash. It also made me sleep better and hold better orthodox deep sleep. A wonder drug at its finest.

I started off w recommend start dose and the first week I was increasing. I felt a little nauseous..... so I found my sweet spot. 1 step one and 2 step 2 Boom I’m basically a genius!!! Love it.

I've been using Qualia for 3 months. Every day I wake up feeling alert, focused and motivated - something I haven't felt in a while. I have been working a desk job for 10 years, but Qualia has given me that push to finally pursue a career that makes me happy. In January, I got my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification and am now coaching classes part time. I still work my desk job, but I am finally taking steps to change my career and do something that truly makes me happy - which is helping other people live happy, healthy lives :)

I am a senior engineer at a fortune thirty one company and at forty four years of age my mind has had some sort of fog with regards to focus and certainly a lack of endurance in what I do. My Wechsler IQ Score has hit 136.8 but after using all that mental muscle for work I'd leave for home and the cerebral exhaustion would make me dull and somewhat lethargic around my wife and children. I just wanted to stare at a wall and attempt to recuperate. I decided to try Qualia because the posted research on its components had me rather curious, tempted, and hopeful. After receiving the product I read the materials and followed it to the tee with caution and my doubts. Day one I began with a one third dose with little perceived effect; the bottle did say that things were based on body weight and sensitivity. I thought that was very reasonable so I gave it another try. As I am a 245lbs male and respond well to most things I decided that for day two I would increase to a two thirds dose and see what happened. Holy smokes I could feel the impact of Qualia in action the first time and felt free from my stated restraints. As I continued with Qualia for two weeks the aggregate effect was like a slap in the face to my consciousness. Exactly as other testimonials have asserted I too completely dropped this brain fog experience and was able to concentrate - truly concentrate and with raw power. Not only was I able to concentrate at my own will but the endurance I could do this for was the entire day! I am following the regimen as noted being careful to take Step One with no food for at least thirty minutes of my morning with a glass of water and then following up later on with Step Two taken with food (for me that's around brunch/lunch). I am also taking two days off as the materials declare - weekends by choice but you can mix that up with a weekday if you choose to. I have tried the full dose once or twice but for me I think I'll stay at two thirds for a while long...

I'm still finding how to best use this for me, as far as when how much and I also do Bulletproof coffee/fasting Etc. The bottom line is out of all the other products I've tried, so far this one has worked. spr.

I take qualia every morning to start my day. I am a junior in college and love the way this makes my feel. I can tell a difference because assignments do not seem to pile up and managing my time to get all of my commitments done seems very easier than before. I would recommend this to anyone.

During the days that I take Qualia, I am more readily able to make the positive changes in my life I want. I procrastinate less. I focus more. There's even that extra nudge at the edge of the day that helps me make the trip to the gym instead of sitting at home after work. Also when I posed a question I had not found fully answered on the website, the awesome customer support I got answered my questions completely.

I've been taking Qualia for about 3 months now and since then I've noticed an significant increase in my mental capacity and ability to focus/hold multiple ideas/thoughts at once and make connections that I'd never made before. I'll get into flow states where ideas and thoughts will just start flowing and I'll be able to express them through writing and conversations with others. I don't get tired throughout the day like I used to. I'm able to focus more during meditation. My dreamscape has become a lot more vivid and I'm exploring the realm of lucid dreaming and what I can learn from it. Anyway, Qualia has truly been a game changer and I've never experienced a supplement/nootropic like them!

I think I need to test it out some more to give a full review. My body is still adjusting.

I’ve been taking Qualia for over a year now, and have noticed a vastly improved cognitive function. I’ve been able to quantify the improvement through my ongoing Lumosity addiction. The improvement has been consisent and significant. I highly recommend giving Qualia a try, but would recommend starting with a lower dose than recommended initially.

I was skeptical at first, but am happy I gave it a shot.

Feels like my brain is functioning better.
