I found it to be effective! I felt energized and focused, all together very pleased with the product.

Four years ago, I worrying about my career as a documentary director. At 35 years old I had taken a huge risk and switched occupations. I had just reached 45 and I hadn’t achieved what I had hoped. I was already a good decade older than anyone at my level in the television industry and feared that when I hit the big 5 and O I would be judged too old to get the jobs I was going for and it would be game over, career over. I knew I had to maximise what I was doing in the time I had if I was ever going to get a chance of success, but my work rate was appalling, my energy levels low and my brain felt slow and mushy. After some soul searching and digging around the web I realised that if I was to up my productivity I needed to upgrade my mind and body. I tried a few healthier diets and saw an improvement but I was still way off being fully productive with my work time. Then I stumbled on an article about Qualia. It sounded great but initially the high price tag put me off, I was struggling to balance my books financially and having to get the product delivered to the UK and pay import taxes made an expensive product even dearer. But in March 2018 I bit the bullet and ordered and… wow! I felt the difference in days! It turbo charged my work rate, my levels and lengths of concentration, my mental clarity. I no longer got the brain fog and memory gaps that used to plague me. And now, 20 months later, my career has finally caught up with my expectations. This month I was nominated for a BAFTA, the biggest award celebrating the best in UK film and television. There is no way I would have achieved this on my previous work rate! It’s not just my career that has benefitted. I have more energy in all aspects of my life and I am now exercising again for the first time since my early 20s. I run three times a week and go to the gym. I am 50 next year and fitter and stronger than when I was 30. I am also a better husband and father. Aside from being happier, (career success seems to play a big part in happiness for me) I have more energy to devote to my family, I am less grumpy and I believe my renewed mental clarity makes me less argumentative. I can’t say all this is down to Qualia, not scientifically anyway, but I can point to it being the catalyst for where I am today and for that I am truly thankful.

Great product, would recommend to friends and family.

Been through a bottle so far and have not noticed anything dramatic, but I feel a bit more resilient and a bit less foggy than I have in the past. I also started Eternus shortly after starting Mind so I am limiting my comments to brain changes. The changes are positive enough so far to continue the subscription.

This is an excellent product. It took about a month to notice any change. Thereafter, improvements have been gradual but clear. It is somewhat expensive (what with our exchange rate). Nevertheless, well being is worth the price.

I was skeptical wasn’t sure how this is going to be handled with Qualia and my mind. But something I noticed within the first month was a flow but not an automated flow but a flow with intent and focus like I had not experienced before since maybe I was a teenager on a task. Remembering things focusing on things and somehow Being able to recall information of which I was certain I had forgotten. I am a deep believer and my mood has been amazing even after the load of skepticism I laid on the product at first. You need to try this to experience something I know you haven’t experienced in a long time

Clarity and focus are improved but the most surprising benefit to me was better hand-eye coordination and faster reflexes.

Been using it for three months now, regular flow states, feeling mentally strong, balanced, clear and sorted. Procrastination has ended, I just do it. Just an older average Joe who suddenly got focused, now planning and moving forward. It works for me.

After taking this for 5 days, I feel that it has help to improve my overall well-being and keep it consistent. I could tell the difference within 30 minutes of taking the Focus. The "brain fog" would go away. Taking Focus on an empty stomach is fine but i found that if I did not have something to eat within 2 hours it would start to be a little queasy. Not bad just enough to go get something to eat and then I was fine. Good product and would recommend it.

Feel a lot more resilient health wise after 1 month use. I’ve gotten less sleep and done more physically, personally and professionally in this span where I would normally felt I needed to rest a lot more. I still got rest, but the quality has changed and now that things have slowed, I feel I’m absorbing more. Love the 5:2 split too.

I have plenty of good things to say about this. At first, it almost took me to the hospital because im very caffeine sensitive and i haven't had any caffeine in years, so i took 5 and got an anxiety attack. I started taking 3 and just working my way up, now only taking 5 a day. After 3 weeks i feel amazing. energized, sleep less and wake up feeling amazing, can get a lot more done through out the day and my creativity is a lot higher. I run a real estate business and my marketing, and it has helped me stay focused and get task done. so far i like it, by far the best product ive taken. just not a big fan of swallowing 5 capsules, couldn't imagine 8

Today I had an appointment with a lawyer to discuss my legal rights regarding my divorce. Normally I would be a nervous wreck (the thought of dealing with the stress of dealing with lawyers ever again after my custody battle last year makes me want to cringe!) but I was cool, calm and collected. It was just like any other meeting, on any other day. No getting worked up, no nervousness, no getting emotional. Quite amazing!! I also had steady energy throughout the day.
