I have noticed an increase in my cognition since taking Qualia Mind Caffeine Free. I did actually experience effect pretty immediately, within the first day. I am very in tune and sensitive to my body and mind, so others may not feel this, it really depends on you. However I am pleased with my purchase and will continue to take this supplement as it’s been effective for me. Less mental fatigue, faster processing, focus, and better/more balanced mood. I have been taking Qualia Mind Caffeine-free for about three months. My thinking is more focused, my sleep better. I have good energy (even when I don't get enough sleep), and I am pleased with the product.

I started taking this after a 10-day bout with c19 and strep. I was left in a fog, and felt tired all day. After 2 days of taking this, my energy leveled up and I was able to focus again. I follow the advice of only taking when needed (work days) and it’s working well for me.

I have been using Qualia Mind for a year now. There has been an increased mental clarity and cognitive ability. I use caffeine free because the caffeine variety give me jitters and I am trying to cut down caffeine. At this point, Qualia is part of my morning routine Mon-Fri.

Qualia Mind 2.0 Caffeine free is a definite step up from the original formulation. I get a solid 10 hours of calm focused energy and motivation that makes it easy to lock-in and crank out whatever I'm needing to tackle, whether that be in the office, at home, writing articles, or working out. The caffeine free version is my preferred version as I love coffee and enjoy getting my caffeine there instead. Two huge thumbs up on version 2.0!
