After 3 days, noticeable improvement with my stiff knees. Can this really work? I'll see after a month. But for now, I'm thinking I bought a supplement that actually works. l will drop in after 30 days. I'm wondering if there are ways to take it to optimize is use.

I replaced some of my other high quality joint supplements with this one Qualia Joint Health product to try out for a few months. So far, after over a week of use, I do feel like I can notice an improvement. I've tried many supplements for my achy joints ( turmeric, frankincense, glucosamine, etc.). Some have helped a little. But so far I have noticed a great relief from the Qualia Joint Health.

Knees felt better than they have in years.

My lower back discomfort was nearly nonexistent while taking the product. It also seems to give me more sustained energy throughout the day.

My knee and back stiffness vanished for the first time in 10 years.
