Couldn’t consume the product, I got 1/3 of it down. 45 minutes later I had to counteract heartburn with an anti acid, drank 24oz of water during the “ordeal”

Good effects, but taste is strong
The taste might be an acquired one, which is the only reason I will not continue using. It has great ingredients and does what it is designed to do energy wise.
