Sharp up, strain down
Just feels like i have a little sharper vision and eyes feel less stressed.

I would forget to do the five days on and two off but I feel like my eyes are happier

So far so good
some positive benefit as eyes seemed to feel less tired but probably require longer term trial to determine if other positive effects

Unexpected surprise!
I have noticed that I can wear my contacts longer, usually I take them out as soon as I get home for the day. I feel I can see better and my eyes aren’t so tired.
