To clarify, the promotion you selected was tied to our subscription option, which is why your order renewed after 4 weeks. Whether you purchased 1 item or 4 items with a subscription, each product will automatically renew 4 weeks later as long as the subscription remains active (unless the customer logs into their account and changes the renewal date and/or frequency). The subscription terms, including the renewal timing, are noted at checkout so there are no surprises. That said, we never want a customer to feel misled. Our team has already provided you with return instructions and canceled the subscriptions so you won’t receive any further shipments. We strive to be transparent about both our products and our policies, and we’re sorry this wasn’t a good fit for you.
