Works, but pricy
Seems to work for training intervals. No crash or jitters. Too expensive (and you get fewer "doses") than with other supplements, so subscriptions are kind of off the table.

As far as energy shots go, this is a great one
Full disclosure: I'm not a fan of most energy shots in general, and I also don't drink coffee regularly. I try not to lean on caffeine too much as "energy" as its really just kicking the fatigue "can" down the biological "aisle," so to speak. That being said, there's a time and a place for a litt...

Sustained energy without a peak and crash
I enjoyed the steady energy without jitters or or the sped up feeling of caffeine. The flavor and chalky texture were some of the negative aspects, and that paper safety topper is annoying. The day after my 5 day trial I resorted to an afternoon cup of coffee because I was feeling a bit sluggish....
