NO difference!
Was hoping for a miracle, with a "shocking" difference in my memory. Have only used this for 2 weeks, but so far, nothing. Going to continue using this for the rest of the bottle, at which time, I'm hoping that there will be a noticeable difference....

Effective
I started with 1 pill a day and after few days changed it to 2 pills, now after two weeks I can tell that definitely my cognition has relatively improved and I'm less prone to depressive thoughts. It's not dramatic but it's definitely noticable.
