excellent for falling asleep
Excellent, about 2 -2.5 hours after taking I was ready for bed, and fell asleep much faster than normal.

Restful Sleep and Interesting Dreams
I was super happy with my experience with Qualia Night. I got a good nights rest and had really vivid, interesting dreams :)

Slept Through The Night
For several years, sleeping through the night has been a challenge. I slept my first full night by Day Three on Qualia Night, and these last two nights as well. I feel so much more rested.
