First time I've woken up feeling rested in 12 years. It promotes actual sleep, not sedation. Qualia is an accurate name, it's a quality product that creates quality sleep.

Great Sleep
I have tried many sleep supplements and find this one to be the best. I have no drowsiness in the morning, nor any other negative side effects.

Great Quality and Combination of Ingredients
All of Qualia products in my experience have high quality of the ingredients listed and you can literally feel the effects with consistent usage. The night formula has many ingredients that typically would be a hassle and more expensive to buy individually.
