Did not get "one free"

I just received my second shipment and it did not include the "one free"...I was only shipped one box.

Hi Robyn, I took a look at your account, and it looks like this recent order was a renewal order for your Qualia Senolytic subscription. This subscription was purchased when we were offering a BOGO deal, however, as stated at checkout, that BOGO just applies to the first order of the subscription, not subsequent renewals. Our system shows you did receive two packets for the price of one on your first order. I apologize for any confusion. If we can support further, please let us know.
