Staple in my supplement regimen
Been taking Qualia Mind for 4+ years for mental clarity and verbal fluidity. My job requires me to lead meetings and calls the majority of my day. Undoubtedly has improved my professional performance. Long time customer and will continue to be.

So far, I'm impressed
I noticed a difference the very first day. Not a huge difference, but a certain clarity of mind, for lack of better words. I'm excited to keep using to see if my sleep score improves. To be clear, I'm now taking 4 per day. I may up that after a week to see if I can tell a difference.
