Just received 2 bottles this week, I am only on day 3, I am starting out with 2 capsules in the morning because I am caffeine sensitive but I contracted covid in May and I am struggling with energy, brain fog, lack of motivation. Smell damage. I cannot function without caffeine now. I have only taken 3 doses but it gives you energy within 30 min and I do not feel jittery, I feel less frustrated and it is helping me get through the work day. I have a very stressful, detailed, multitasking job as a contracted mortgage processor and this gig is fierce.I will follow up in a couple of weeks on progress. I am also a 53 yr old female and my brain is changing and I need all the helpI can get. I don't take prescriptions, I experiment with supplements and diet. I am pleased thus far, it is making a difference for the better.

Five stars for the ease of ordering, the descriptions of the product, receiving my package in less than three days after ordering it. I took my first three capsules today with breakfast an although I am nervous about taking the supplements, I’m trusting the research and made the decision to try it out. I’ve been reading Ben Greenfield‘s book, Boundless, and that has encouraged my decision to take Qualia mind 2.0. so far my experience has been good— I don’t have any stomach pain, my heart isn’t racing, my blood pressure is normal, and I feel generally great. I’m looking forward to the next couple of weeks of increased focus and decreased brain fog.

Was a bit skeptical at first, but after 1 month of taking Qualia mind I consistently began to feel focused, clear-headed and more creative on each day I took the supplement. I bought the caffeine free version and would recommend not taking caffeine with this version as it doesn’t compliment the effects of qualia mind.
