Time will tell!
I like the idea of taking this once a month. I only took the first month but I have felt good over the weekend while taking and feel like I have an overall sense of wellbeing and motivation. I have been struggling with a SI joint injury that seems to be slightly quieter this morning. May be a coincidence, may not? I will order and take for six months with Life and Mind and see how it plays out. I consistently come back to the Qualia line because I can feel a difference. I do struggle with the # of capsules recommend because I take other supplements as well. But the Senolytic is an easy one to incorporation in.

Outstanding
So far the customer service is outstanding. I have had a wonderful experience so far. I am so excited to start my health journey using the Neurohacker collective, especially the qualia senolytic product.

Easy dosing and effective
I felt physically refreshed and resilient, more capable of being my best.The packaging was sleek, easy to access, informative and mostly recycle-able.

Cell Insurance
While fasting, I've read that my body enters Autophagy after 14-15 hours. I have already felt the benefits of intermittent fasting for the last six weeks. I plan on continuing to take the monthly dose of Qualia Senolytic as an insurance policy for my cells.

Shipping every how many weeks?
I don’t see how to adjust how frequently I receive Qualia Senolytic. I thought That I was supposed to get it every month, but it seems to be becoming every two or three weeks. I don’t recall signing up for that and would like very much to change it to once every four weeks.
