Set a higher Baseline!
Another amazing product! After taking it, I realized I had more control of myself when working through difficult emotions. I tend to be a moody person, so my emotions jump from state in moment’s notice. I felt more present after taking Resilience, and as a result I was able to ride my emotional waves by feeling through my difficult emotions without feeling the impulse to react and distract myself by any other means or activity. It made my workday more productive for sure, and it’s been helping me push harder during exercise. I think it’s helping me “move the needle” and set a higher baseline. I’m way more productive and i don’t feel like I’m getting grounded by the day-to-day. Another 10/10–definitely recommend!!!

Mental clarity

Better over time
This is a "gets better over time" product. Mood seems to be elevated, and petty stress is nonexistent. Overall, good product. The science is solid based on my research. The packaging is sturdy and effective, but I am more interested in the contents. Service is great.

Resilience lives up to its name
Resilience is aptly named. The technology behind it, how it helps me be resilient in these trying days, is a wonder. It helps me glide through trying times and not get ensnared in the drama. Wonderful!
