Productivity in a bottle
Anytime I take Mind or Focus, I make a list of my high priorities items to get done, and next thing I know I’m 2 hours deep into some of my most focused productive work. Honestly I love it, I feel SO focused and productive. I know what I want to get done, within the time frame I want to do it in, and I've been able to stay focused and execute. I also am very focused socially and conversationally. I also have more motivation and energy to do all these things.
