Easier than fasting
I know the benefits of fasting and autophagy but it’s been hard to do it the right way which would be a 3-day fast. This product helps my body get rid of “zombie cells” in much the same way a 3-day fast would and it’s such an easier way to get it done. Planning on continuing to use a few times a year to reap the most benefits and help clear out my body of what no longer needs to be there! Excited to try
I am super excited to try Qualia Senolytic supplements. Getting rid of senescent cells will be a huge benefit. I will update review after testing my experience.

Highest Quality
I have been continuously impressed by Qualia's level of quality and high standards. Since using people have commented that I look younger. I am not sure about that, but I know that I feel very good. I will continue to use these products as I can feel that they are benefiting my body and mind.

Going for month two!
After taking this, I noticed I finally was shedding some of the extra weight I'd gained this year and nothing else has worked. One Month in
First time trying this product, as an older woman I am interested to see if it improves the quality of my energy and cognition. Nothing yet.
