Easier than fasting
I know the benefits of fasting and autophagy but it’s been hard to do it the right way which would be a 3-day fast. This product helps my body get rid of “zombie cells” in much the same way a 3-day fast would and it’s such an easier way to get it done. Planning on continuing to use a few times a year to reap the most benefits and help clear out my body of what no longer needs to be there! Joint stiffness went away?
It's hard to detect any changes from 2-day doses of the supplement, but I think my joint stiffness diminished a bit and I was able to move more freely. Thank you!The service is great and no complaints about packaging.
