Easier than fasting
I know the benefits of fasting and autophagy but it’s been hard to do it the right way which would be a 3-day fast. This product helps my body get rid of “zombie cells” in much the same way a 3-day fast would and it’s such an easier way to get it done. Planning on continuing to use a few times a year to reap the most benefits and help clear out my body of what no longer needs to be there! It seems to be working!
I have only done the first two days but I honestly believe I feel a difference in my cognition and vitality. Brain fog is reduced and I have more energy. Nice!
