How To Apply a Coupon

After you press the Buy Now button for the Subscription or Single Purchase option on the Qualia Shop page you will find the ability to add a discount code on the right side of the screen under Have a discount code? 

See attached pic for reference.

Please note: Some coupons are good for Subscriptions only, while others Single Purchase only. Be sure to reference your coupon code and place the order and corresponding discount accordingly.

How can I return my order/s?

We are happy to offer free returns for unopened orders within 100 days of delivery. Please follow the simple return request process through our website to get a prepaid return label, or a QR code that you can bring to USPS or the Post Office for shipping: https://www.qualialife.com/returns

You will need your order number (found in your confirmation email or Order History in your Qualia account) and your shipping zip code to retrieve the label.

Please disregard the "value" pricing displayed on the returns portal. The portal is designed solely as a tool for customers to generate a prepaid return label to send their product back via the post office. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued for the exact amount you paid at the time off purchase.

Kindly ensure you select the correct quantity of products being returned to proceed with the process. Refunds will only be issued for returns that are sent back with an approved RMA with the correct quantity selected for each returned product.

Refunds can be expected on the original method of payment within 24 business hours of your return being shipped back to our fulfillment center using the provided return label. It may take your financial institution 2-3 additional business days to make the funds available to you.

Please note this returns process only applied to new/unopened products purchase directly through our website and within 100 days of delivery. If you require further guidance, would like to claim a refund for one used unit under our Moneyback Guarantee, require instructions for returning and international delivery, or would like a consolidated shipping label for returning 3+ orders, please contact us at support@qualialife.com.

100 Day Money Back Return Policy is valid for return and full refund within 100 days for one unit of each of our products per household. It does not apply to additional units or subsequent orders.

Limit one (1) guarantee per product, per household.

For orders placed on Amazon, initiate a “Request a Refund” ticket through your Amazon account. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards as well as AmazonPay and GooglePay.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has already shipped, we're unable to cancel said order since it's already en route. If you notify support@qualialife.com while your order is processing, we'd be happy to cancel it for you. 

If you have a subscription, you can reach out to support@qualialife.com prior to your next order processing and we'd be happy to cancel it for you. You can also login to your account at anytime to do so as well.
