Somewhat groggy, restorative sleep.
This product allowed me to sleep through the night, and also to fall asleep faster than I normally would have. Interestingly, no matter what I tried (taking the dosage earlier, and also cutting the dosage in half) I always ended up extremely groggy in the morning. It was almost as if I had smoked a bunch of weed and drank the nights before, but only for the first hour and a half or so of being awake. After that, it was like a switch flipped and I was less groggy than usual for the remainder of the day. Interesting for sure. Definitely the most impactful sleep aid I've tried.

Hard to know for sure
I like the concept of all the Qualia products, and have tried the Senolytic (2 months) the Night formula (1 month), and just a few days with the Mind (non-caffeine). Works Well, wish the combination deals held cost
I'm a huge fan of the mental boost I've gotten from the Qualia "Mind", will likely try the caffeine free version as well. My only qualm is the bundle price for the Mind, Life, and Night. The subscription would make more sense given the intro price is held

Excellent
First time I've woken up feeling rested in 12 years. It promotes actual sleep, not sedation. Qualia is an accurate name, it's a quality product that creates quality sleep.
