Better over time
This is a "gets better over time" product. Mood seems to be elevated, and petty stress is nonexistent. Overall, good product. The science is solid based on my research. The packaging is sturdy and effective, but I am more interested in the contents. Service is great.

Great supplement for stress and sleep
These helped me feel relaxed and calm. I slept better than I had in weeks. Much calmer and more focused. Especially since I had a couple stressful events happening while I was taking them and I didn’t feel much anxiety.
