I've taken 4 pills of the recommended 6 and the focus, clarity and concentration is enormous! The ingredients are so specific and abundant in this product. Definitely sticking with this one.

Amino acids with some vitamins.
I think is a good product but people should know it’s is really a lot of amino acids which are easily found in health food stores and in my experience are better taken in customized levels based on goals or symptoms. I felt great while on it, though six pills was a lot to swallow at once
I'm not sure I took it long enough to notice any real effects. I will say I had my most productive weeks while on it. But that work had to get done either way
