I took the product about 3 hours before I go to sleep. It definitely helped me get drowsy and I was able to fall asleep quickly. On average I would sleep well until about 4 am or so, and then be wide awake. This was annoying because I would still feel quite tired and wanted to go back to sleep, but couldn’t. The quality of sleep differed per night; sometimes I would wake up multiple times, tossing and turning, while other nights only a couple. Overall, for me, this product really helped me fall asleep, it was variable with helping the quality of sleep, but helping me stay asleep and feel rested when waking up, not so much.
Great Sleep
I have tried many sleep supplements and find this one to be the best. I have no drowsiness in the morning, nor any other negative side effects.
Sustained sleep
This product didn't help me go to sleep faster but it really helped me stay asleep through the night better than anything else I've tried.
Qualia Night helps prepare my body and mind for restful sleep
This is my first review of the Qualia Night supplement. I started taking it on December 11th as recommended. I have been taking 4 capsules for 5 days on and taking 2 days off. I've also been using blue-light blocking glasses and a sleep mask with the supplement. Wearing blue-light blocking glasse...
