A good uptick in focus, possibly a bit too much (100mg) caffeine for me, although the Theanine helps smooth it out.

Felt more clarity and alertness during the entire day using this product!

Fall into flow, default back to flow, nutrients for a mindful state, a playground construction set for performance.

This is an excellent product
