Been taking this product for years . Most supplements I take , and I take many I do so because I believe they will be beneficial . With Qualia Mind there is no question reguarding it’s effectiveness The mental clarity Is profoundly obvious

So far, I'm impressed
I noticed a difference the very first day. Not a huge difference, but a certain clarity of mind, for lack of better words. I'm excited to keep using to see if my sleep score improves. To be clear, I'm now taking 4 per day. I may up that after a week to see if I can tell a difference.
