Pleasantly surprised with the results from taking Eternus 5 days in a row during the workweek. No stomach issues to report. Overall no drastic changes but felt background work/support in the mind, cleaner thought connections, maybe a little less stress when dissecting complex problems...found it easier to step back and reexamine work problems without losing focus/motivation to dive back in.

It was difficult taking the capsules in the morning because of intermittent fasting so I took them at lunch time. I had a very stressful, emotional week so I was not as self-aware as I like to be.
