Qualia, definitely noticeable brain power. To the point where I notice it when talking to other people about topics I’m not familiar with but they are SME’s and I help them communicate what they are trying to describe or inform. 3 works for me
I used to take most of these things separately. This is actually cheaper and I’m taking less magnesium stearate now.

I’ve used several nootropics and there’s no real comparing them to quality mind. Others will get the job done, but quality will take you further.
